What to Expect on Your First Visit

Welcome to BodyWorks Therapy Specialists. Thank you for choosing us to serve you! Before your first session, you will receive a link to complete some paperwork. Answer these questions the best you can, as this is how we tailor your evaluation.

Remember that therapy is individualized, meaning your time slot is designated solely for you, so please be ready for your scheduled time! The first session usually lasts between 60 and 90 minutes. Typical visits after that last anywhere between 30 and 60 minutes, depending on your needs.

Finally, we are here to help!  Please share all concerns with us so that you not only make us better, but so that we can get you better and back to being the best version of yourself!
